At Krizels, we care about your experience. Our goal is to deliver fresh, high-quality frozen snacks to your doorstep — every time. If something doesn’t go right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable (frozen food) nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a package has been delivered. However, if you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

💰 Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order was incorrect or incomplete

  • The product was damaged or spoiled on arrival

  • Your delivery was never received

To request a refund, please email us at info@krizels.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product/issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

🔁 Replacements

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a free replacement or discount on your next order.

🕒 Time Limit for Claims

All refund or replacement requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving your order. We cannot process claims made after this time.

📦 Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
